Our MEF feeder cells have an average viability of > 95%, and have been used by more than 200 clients in both academic and industrial labs. We offer a wide selection of retroviruses and microRNA for iPS generation. Somatic cells can be reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) by introducing reprogramming factors. MicroRNA can also effectively be used for iPS generation by liposomal transfection.
