iPSC reprogramming in any somatic cell

·         Co-expression of Oct4, Sox2, KLF4 and Myc (Yamanaka set) in any somatic cell will lead to iPSC reprogramming.

 

·         The Yamanaka set of transcription factors provides purified, high titer adenoviruses that offer the highest gene transduction efficiency for iPSC induction.

 

·         Refer to individual adenovirus.

 

·         The adenoviral vector will not integrated into host cell genome, avoiding possible mutations associated with vector insertion.
