Open reading frame (ORF) clones expressed with fusion peptide tags are a powerful tool for uncovering protein function. The well characterized Myc-tag, DYKDDDDK-tag (FLAG® epitope) and V5-tag serve as common epitopes to aid in standardizing purification, detection and analysis across multiple proteins. Human, mouse and rat genomes are available in your choice of lentiviral or plasmid DNA tagged vectors.
